Bathing
Washing consumer face and body from sponge bath, shower, or full body bath in tub.
Dressing/Grooming
We select consumer clothing, assist with putting their clothes on, and help to manage the consumer personal appearance.
Feeding
Feeding-helps the consumers get their food from the plate to their mouth.
Toileting
Toileting-helps the consumer get to and from the toilet, using it appropriately and cleaning the consumer; also changing or cleaning the consumer's catheter, ostomy, colostomy.
Transferring
Helping the consumer move their body from one position to another to prevent ulcer sores if bedridden. Helping the consumer from the bed to their chair or wheelchair. To help the consumer stand up from a bed or chair so that they can use their walker or other assistive device.
Ambulating
Helping the consumer get around their home and outside.
Light Housekeeping
Assisting with cleaning kitchen after consumer done eating, making their bed in the morning, cleaning the bathroom after taking bath. Keeping the consumer living space reasonably clean and tidy.
Laundry
Assisting with the cleaning consumers clothing.
Personal Shopping
Assisting the consumer shopping for food, cleaning supplies, clothing, and other items required for daily living.
Telephone Use
Assisting consumers with making phone calls and helping with using computer, and any other form of communication.
Accompany to Appointments
Assisting the consumer and helping to their appointments safely.
Self-Medication Administration
Help the consumer get their medicine prepared so they can take their medication.
Companionship
